Digital Marketing Associate

Shelton Capital Management is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate in our Downtown Denver office. This digital-savvy marketer will assist with the overall marketing strategies through creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities, driving operations behind various marketing materials, managing portions of overall projects, and ensuring the brand message maintains consistency.

The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:

  • Support marketing efforts, plans, and strategies through creation, implementation, and execution of digital marketing-specific projects.
  • Develop, manage, and design layouts of communications such as emails, landing pages, presentations, newsletters, event support materials, brochures, and other related marketing materials.
  • Manage integration with all data sources coming into our CRM Salesforce platform and maintain data integrity at all levels. Assist in the development of target audience segmentation and lead generation.
  • Ensure accurate content management across website, email and social, meeting deadlines while improving and maintaining a consistent brand image.
  • Provide reporting on website, campaigns, email and social media performance in the form of regular dashboards and executive summaries. Help the firm turn this data into meaningful, actionable insights.

Ideal Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with focus in marketing or related field
  • 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management / development
  • Understands website metrics and best practices
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
  • Experience with SalesForce and Marketing Automation solutions (Pardot preferred)
  • Strong writing skills and well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
  • Demonstrated skill in prioritizing/handling multiple projects simultaneously and completing assigned tasks in a timely fashion
  • Proficient in data manipulation, data cleansing and report creation
  • Understating of lead lifecycle, sales stages, pipeline management and support incident processes
  • Genuine passion for learning about Investment Management coupled with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Shelton Capital Management offers a competitive base salary in the range of $65,000 – $75,000 annually. Total compensation package will include base salary, annual bonus potential, paid time off, employer matched 401k, plus the option for 100% paid healthcare, dental and vision benefits.
